The Brief

As the team at Red Consultancy developed their future workspace strategy, they needed to create an agile and collaborative workspace. They needed a home that would suit their new hybrid working model and conform to the needs of their people. It needed to reflect and enhance their brand, provoking thought and action, making a difference to their people and clients – just like their work.

The Solution

Working closely with the internal team, SKS created an on-brand, impactful design that matched the project scope and budget. With a concept that the client loved, we then developed a full design package, from detailed working drawings to ultra-realistic CGIs, so that Red could make sure they were getting exactly what they needed.

​By moving to an open plan layout, the capacity of the space was increased, allowing the client to consolidate from 3 floors to 2, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. The highlight of this office refurbishment is the all-new breakout space, featuring a teapoint area, large collaboration facilities, soft seating for relaxations, and even a drinks bar. With dark greens complemented by clean marble and eye-catching graphics, this space is a point of attraction for staff and clients alike, creating an environment that attracts and retains people.
