To further cement our client for life ethos with Office Space in Town, we were asked to redesign their offices at 46 New Broad Street. As it was an existing office with tenants we needed to work carefully alongside OSIT to come up with a suitable design theme not just for them, but also for their existing clients.
And the theme for this building….Monopoly!
Players move around the Monopoly game board buying or trading property, which subtly imitates Office Space in Town’s ever-growing and leading status in the London serviced offices market. But like any strategic game, this project came with a challenge; it was to be completed whilst business was still in play during their busiest month of the year – December.
To make this a truly standout and memorable office interior, we designed and installed bespoke 5ft giant Monopoly playing pieces using a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine, including a giant dog, top hat and train.
A cosy and sumptuous interior and a happy client.
