Serviced office operator London Executive Offices approached SKS and Zentura when they decided to refurbish the client lounge area in their Hudson House building.
Hudson House is conveniently located in London’s Covent Garden, in a quiet street running directly parallel to the world famous market. The property is a striking Grade II listed meeting room venue, with accommodation arranged over seven floors, boasting many original features including ornate fireplaces and impressive high ceilings.
Working alongside London Executive Offices procurement team Sam Kopsch Studio and Zentura produced a number of concept design schemes and visuals to present to the management team. These were then fine tuned and altered until a final design scheme and specification was reached.
New solid and glazed partitions were installed along with new lighting, including feature pendant fittings and floor lamps. New vinyl flooring and luxury carpet finishes were supplied and installed as part of the design scheme to create different zones. This was complemented by installing bespoke graphics to the glazed partitions and matching wallpaper.
We supplied and installed all the furniture for the space, including luxury lounge seating from Frovi, complementary side tables, meeting seating and a striking triangular meeting table. Part of the furniture package including a stunning credenza set with a beautiful gold detail that adds a touch of class to this amazing client lounge area.
The project was completed whilst the rest of the building was still in occupation meaning that works had to be carefully phased to ensure that there was minimum disruption to the occupiers.
